Vacation Termination and a Firestation

My staycation has come to an end.

Work commences now. 

Sadly it began yesterday for Boo 

(who is rather hilariously pictured below). 

If there is one awesome, top-notch thing we will take with 

us long after vacation leaves us lonely 

~ besides all the handy-work we've been up to ~ 

it would be our newest backyard addition.

The fire pit... err um fire pot, that we picked up Saturday. 

Whatever. Thing is that we got us a holder of fires. 

Psst, have you seen the size of these suckers?

AND now we can host fire parties. 

They were a regular occurrence growing up, and kind of a requirement now that I am grown up with a home away from my family home.

Maybe a campfire doesn't have the same effect on you, but there must be something. What brings you back to your feel good place or memory from childhood?
